Biogas plants are engineered systems designed to produce biogas; a renewable energy source derived from the anaerobic digestion of organic matter. The plant consisted of a digester, where organic waste is broken down by microorganisms, and a gas collection system. The biogas produced was used for various purposes, including cooking, heating, and electricity generation. By promoting the adoption of biogas plants, we can harness renewable energy sources and reduce our reliance on fossil fuels.
